Subscription Terms / Public Offer
1. General Provisions
This Public Offer (hereinafter: "Offer") governs the terms of providing paid services of the Smarenta platform.
Acceptance of the Offer is made by selecting a subscription plan, confirming consent (checkbox) and making payment.
2. Subject of the Offer
Smarenta provides the user with paid access to CRM functionalities and additional digital services of the platform through a subscription.
Important: The subscription does not represent property rental/lease, mediation, or representation in relations between guests and accommodation providers. Smarenta charges exclusively for CRM usage.
3. Subscription Plans and Prices
Current plans, prices, and service content are available on the platform (Pricing/Packages page).
Price changes do not affect already paid subscription periods.
4. Payment
Subscription is paid in advance (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).
Payments are made through NLB e-commerce service and Bankart payment gateway.
Smarenta does not store users' payment card data.
5. Subscription Duration and Renewal
Subscription is concluded for the period specified when selecting the plan.
If automatic renewal (recurring) is enabled, the user will be notified in advance and will have the option to cancel before the next charge.
If automatic renewal is not enabled, the subscription is renewed manually by the user.
6. Subscription Cancellation
The user can cancel the subscription at any time through the user account or by contacting legal@smarenta.com.
Cancellation prevents further charges but does not affect the already paid period (the user retains access until the expiration of the paid period), unless otherwise required by law.
7. Refunds
Given that these are digital services, refunds for an already started subscription period are not provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The user consents to the service starting immediately after payment.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Smarenta undertakes to provide access to paid functionalities during the paid period, except in case of necessary maintenance or force majeure.
The user undertakes to use the platform in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Smarenta's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
10. Service Termination
Smarenta may suspend or terminate the subscription in case of violation of the Terms or law, with the possibility of access restriction.
11. Applicable Law
The law of Montenegro applies; disputes are resolved in competent courts in Montenegro.
